Swine Flu is Deadly. Is the Vaccine worth the risk?

Swine Flu Vaccines To Vary–Majority Using Thimerosal

James Geiger M.D.–

Curious me took a poll of my 500 plus friends on Facebook and 1600 plus followers on Twitter.

The Poll asked…The Swine Flu vaccination. Will you get it?

Preliminary results of my friends and followers poll.

75% said they will definitely not get the vaccine when it becomes available.

25% said, “Maybe.”

Why is that? Perhaps you have read many online reports of side effects and complications caused by vaccinations.

Nutritional Awareness: Discover Resversatrol

Nutritional Awareness: Discover Resversatrol

The caloric restriction effect of resveratrol (3,
5,4’-trihydroxy-trans-stilbene) is significant. If you are not drinking wine
for the resveratrol and anthocyanins, then drink a berry fruit juice, such as
white or green tea and blueberry, which can be found combined in some
juice products. Green tea with epigallocathingallate (EGCG) is high in
lignans but low in isoflavonoids, which are polyphenols. Both resveratrol
and allocatechin-gallate, a major antioxidative green tea polyphenol, exert
striking inhibitory effects on diverse cellular events associated with cancer of
the prostate (Sartor, 2004; Stewart, 2003).

Pterostilbene, an active constituent of blueberries and a natural methoxylated analogue of resveratrol, was evaluated for antioxidative … Continue Reading

Exercise is ideal medicine for the brain.

The Ideal Brain

New brain cells are created as we exercise. The wonderful Miracle
Gro-like substance called brain-derived neutrotrophic factor (BDNF) induces
growth of new neurons. Spark: The Revolutionary New Science of Science of
Exercise and the Brain, by John Ratey, MD, has generated significant interest
in new research supporting exercise as medicine for the brain.

Exercise affects cognitive ability just as it affects muscles, making the brain better and
smarter. These new BDNF-stimulated brain cells have increased capillary
circulation and higher levels of the neurotransmitters dopamine, serotonin,
and norepinephrine. These findings about exercise have led researchers to
propose that exercise benefits memory. Paradoxically, exercise is remotely
chemically akin … Continue Reading
